Our experiences are operated in all weather unless deemed unsafe.
In the rare case of severe weather, we will offer an alternative date, experience, or full refund.
Thermal gear (jacket, boots, gloves) is included if needed.
Please dress appropriately for Arctic conditions.
Aurora photos by your guide are included.
VIP Arctic is not responsible for personal belongings during the tour.
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide.

Prices include VAT and all listed inclusions.
You will receive a confirmation email with all details after booking.

Cancellations 15 days or more before the experience: 100% refund
Cancellations between 7–14 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 7 days before: No refund
Rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 7 days before, subject to availability.
