• In the rare case of severe weather, we will offer an alternative date, experience, or full refund.

• Thermal gear (jacket, boots, gloves) is included if needed.

• Please dress appropriately for Arctic conditions.

• Aurora photos by your guide are included.

• VIP Arctic is not responsible for personal belongings during the tour.

• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide.

Cancellation & Changes

• Cancellations 15 days or more before the experience: 100% refund

• Cancellations between 7–14 days before: 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 7 days before: No refund

• Rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 7 days before, subject to availability.
